We are a micro-roaster based in San Luis Obispo (SLO), CA a sunny town on the central coast of California. Since 2014 we’ve spearheaded the exciting transformation that has seen SLO become a mecca for coffee lovers and connoisseurs. As one of the leading coffee roasters in SLO we consistently push ourselves to learn, improve, and execute.
We source coffee with two thoughts in mind: which importers work to make the coffee chain as sustainable as possible, and what coffees can we use to highlight as fantastic single-origins as well as nuanced blends. Once our coffees are in the roastery, we light up our Probat P12 and roast until each coffee’s flavors are as transparent as possible. We think you’ll love what our lab is cooking up.
