The two component origins are always Guatemala and Ethiopia, but as the seasons change we’ll find what’s freshest, and move between washed and natural coffees that allow us to roast with absolute clarity in mind. This Espresso blend is always sweet and silky, and full of chocolate undertones that support brighter berry and citrus tones. By itself the audaciousness of the coffee reveals itself. With milk it presents itself as full caramel covered fruit. Moreover, our roast profile for this blend lets it work wonders as drip or immerions brewing methods, too, so don’t hesitate to experiment. |
