We roast, pack and ship from sunny San Luis Obispo. Our roast days are typically Monday through Thursday, so your orders will always arrive fresh to you. Our roasting philosophy is simple: roast light to medium-light, with tons of body, and absolute clarity. This means our coffees aren’t one trick ponies. All of them, single origins and blends, work well for filter, immersion and espresso brewing methods.
